The next two week of riding we will have the most hours of daylight. As June 21st marks the summer solstice. What can we do with all these big long daylight hours? I'll tell ya! You can keep going and going. So lets pile it on and no-one goes home until dark!
Also the solstice marks the first 24 hour race of the year from Chico Racing here in Ontario. North America's Largest 24 Hour Mountain Bike Event! The 24 Hours of Summer Solstice at Albion Hills Conservation Area, Bolton, ON Sat-Sun, June 26 & 27, 2010. Last year Myself, Wayne, Dave, Marlon, Roland and Nick enter the event, other then a but-load of rain and mud It was a lot of fun.
